Project Manager - Roofer
We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team.
Roof installation, repair, and maintenance of roofs
Create estimates, take off, attend bid meetings.
Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new materials
Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
Install insulation and vapor barriers
Apply roofing materials such as shingles, tiles, metal sheets, etc.
Repair damage or leaking roofs
Provide on-site supervision
Manage, document changes in contract scope schedule and costs
Perform inspections
Requirements
+3 years experience in carpentry, including trim carpentry and frame carpentry
Knowledge of drywall installation and remodeling projects
Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
Familiarity with caulking techniques for sealing roofs
Must have valid driver’s license
Contract / Part-time / On-Call / Full-time

Estimate costs for “Bids & Specs” & design build residential or commercial projects
Work with lead estimator to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits
Drafting proposals for clients
Maintain accurate records of all estimate and proposals
Requirements
2+ years experience in environmental solutions
Excellent communication skills
Must have reliable transportation
Team oriented
Experience in government projects helpful
Experience in remediation software helpful but not required

Salary $38,000-$45,000

Lead Foreman - Structural - Exterior/Interior - On Site

Estimate costs for “Bids & Specs” & design build residential or commercial projects
Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits
Prepare detailed proposals for clients
Maintain accurate records of all estimate and proposals
Supervise field operations
Requirements
5+ years experience with thorough understanding in construction systems and components in environmental solutions highly preferred
Experience in working with blueprints
Experience in government contracts helpful
Excellent communication skills
Team oriented
Proficient in Planswift or Buildertrend strongly preferred
Salary $55,000-$75,000
